  • When you arrive at CrossFit KYBR, we aim to make your check-in process as smooth as possible. We understand how important it is for you to jump right into your workout and make the most of your time with us. Please make sure that you have already purchased your pass, contacted us about your select class and signed your waiver 24 hours in advance!

  • At CrossFit KYBR, we prioritize safety and ensure that each athlete works within their limits. To provide you with the best experience possible, our coaches will assess your skill level during a brief conversation before your workout. This will help us understand your background, any specific goals you have in mind, and any modifications or scaling requirements you may need.

  • Our drop-in athletes have the opportunity to join any regularly scheduled group class that suits their availability. We offer a variety of classes throughout the day, catering to different preferences and skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned CrossFitter (or Yogi) or just starting your fitness journey, our expert coaches will guide you through the workout and ensure you get the most out of each session.

  • One of the greatest benefits of dropping in at CrossFit KYBR is the chance to immerse yourself in our community. Our members are welcoming, supportive, and always excited to meet new athletes. You'll feel right at home as you push yourself alongside like-minded individuals who share a passion for fitness and personal growth. After the workout, it's common for members to engage in friendly conversations, offering opportunities to connect and make new friends! (Just be careful of the Jawas!)
